The monthly rent is based on the investment value of the property—meaning the purchase price that ATEG Capital paid for the acquisition, including all fees for a renovated and ready-to-move-in apartment.
Rent Calculation:
Base Rent: 0.1% of the property’s purchase price
Maintenance Contribution: 30% of the base rent for repairs, renovations & upkeep
Additional Conditions:
Deposit: Three times the ATEG rent (refundable upon proper return of the apartment).
Operating Costs: Calculated separately and depend on the specific property.
The maintenance contribution is retained for necessary renovation and maintenance work.
Example for an apartment with a purchase price of €200,000:
Taxes and operating costs are not included as they are calculated individually.
